Nope.. imagine people from the roman times.. there’s no way they could have predicted that we would drive around in cars and fly around in planes and talk to each other across the world through wires!!!
We can probably predict somethings based on what we know about the past. The climate for example – we know the Earth goes through ice age cycles which are based on predictable changes in its orbit. So we could predict whether it will be warmer or colder than today in general and how much ice might exist on the planet. We also know how the Earths tectonics plates move, so we can probably say something about whether the oceans will get big or smaller, if mountain ranges will get higher and things like that 🙂
