      Yes! Just like on Earth you can injure yourself in exactly the same ways in space. If you trapped your arm in something it could break just the same.
      However, in space medical procedures become much more complicated due to the lack of gravity and so if you did break your arm aboard the international space station you would have to be sent back to Earth to recover properly.
