Question: Do any of you have diabetes and does/would it get in the way of you work?

  I don’t but I have worked with lots of great scientist who have and this hasn’t affected them doing what they want to do and enjoying it.

  In the lab where I work it’s pretty much a similar sort of environment to an office, just with more machines and bottles of chemicals. Being diabetic wouldn’t make any difference at all, and we’re pretty good at controlling it most of the time so it shouldn’t be a problem.
