Question: Do you think Whales are a danger to us?

Not really, generally they want to stay out of our way. But they are pretty big animals, and it you get in their way they are quite heavy and a flick of their tail could hurt you quite a lot, though I doubt it would be on purpose. One jumped on a boat accidentally last year here in Cape Town, the boat was quite badly damaged, but the people (and whale!) were ok!
