• Question: if the black hole is powerfull why doesn't it suck the planets?

      They actually do, but the planets are so big, and under the influence of their stars so the effect isn’t that big. one of the reasons we know about black holes (because you can’t see them), is that when you follow the movement of planets, the gravity of their nearest stars doesn’t explain exactly how they move. Eventually many stars turn into black holes and will suck in the planets which are too close.
