Sadly there is not, however white blood cells are being continuously made in the bone marrow (the soft bit in the middle of bones). There are lots of different types of white blood cells, with different jobs, such as recognising infection, and killing bacteria, and they live for different lengths of time, from a few days to many years. So they are constantly dying and getting replaced. When a cell is already dying, it is pretty much impossible to rejuvenate it, all we can really do is try to stop it getting sick in the first place, or wait for it to be replaced with a fresh one.
