Sorry to hear about your little brother 🙁 Strokes are caused when oxygen flow to the brain is disrupted. This can happen because of things like blood clots or because of faulty veins. We are very complex beings, so sometimes little things just go wrong – a friend of mine also had a stroke and she is and was perfectly healthy.

The human body is incredibly complicated, and I am often amazed that it works at all. There are lots of things that could cause a stroke. It’s horrible when children get ill but it is most likely due to something, like some blood vessels not forming properly when the body builds itself. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they will be any long term problems. I hope he’s OK.
