      I guess technically it’s cardiovascular (heart) disease that kills the most people!

      Cancer. Everyones got to die of something so when we help people from one thing then another thing need looking at (something called competing risks). The trendy answer to your question is, humans are the biggest threat to humans. Global warming, war, famine are really our won fault.
