Do you mean the fear of heights or the funny spinning sensation when you get up too fast? (both have been called vertigo).

A fear of heights is quite a natural thing and something we’ve evolved to respond to (to stop us falling off things!).

The spinning sensation can be caused by head injuries or problems with your inner ear.
